Fabricated stiffening tension corrugated plate shear wall structure
The invention relates to an assembly type stiffening tensioning corrugated plate shear wall structure which comprises a main body frame, tensioning prestressed tendons, fasteners and corrugated plates. A plurality of groups of corresponding tensioning holes are formed in two opposite beams of the main body frame, and the tensioning prestressed tendons are sleeved in the tensioning holes; each fastener comprises a supporting and clamping piece and a fastening rod, the supporting and clamping pieces are fixed on the tensioning prestressed tendons at intervals, the fastening rods are fixed on the two sides of the supporting and clamping pieces, the convex parts of the corrugated plates are provided with fastening holes corresponding to the fastening rods, and the concave parts of the two corrugated plates are fixed in the fixing holes of the main body frame through bolts. In the fixed state, the fastening rods are sleeved with the fastening holes, and limiting nuts are arranged on the outer sides of the fastening rods, so that a plurality of limiting tensioning structures are formed between the corrugated plates on the two sides; the tensioning prestressed tendons transmit tension to the corrugated steel plates and the beam column frames through the fasteners, so that the steel plates and the frames are deformed and recovered, and self-resetting of the structure is achieved.
本发明涉及一种装配式加劲张拉波纹板剪力墙结构,包括主体框架、张拉预应力筋、紧固件和波纹板;主体框架的两个相对梁上设置有多组对应的张拉孔,所述张拉预应力筋套装在张拉孔内;所述紧固件包括支撑夹持件和紧固杆,支撑夹持件间隔固定在张拉预应力筋上,所述紧固杆固定在支撑夹持件的两侧,波纹板的凸部开设有与紧固杆相对应的紧固孔,两片所述波纹板的凹部通过螺栓固定在主体框架的固定孔内,且在固定状态下,紧固杆套装在紧固孔内,并在紧固杆的外侧施加限位螺母,使两侧的波纹板之间形成多个限位张拉结构;本发明中张拉预应力筋通过紧固件传递拉力至波纹钢板及梁柱框架,使钢板及框架变形恢复,实现结构的自复位。
