Novel assembled integral laminated slab
The invention provides a novel assembled integral laminated slab which comprises a first structural layer and a second structural layer arranged in the middle of the upper surface of the first structural layer, a full-thickness prefabricated area is formed in the middle of the first structural layer, and a laminated prefabricated area is formed on the peripheral edge of the first structural layer. A plurality of first reinforcing steel bars and a plurality of second reinforcing steel bars are arranged in the first structural layer and the second structural layer respectively; on the side edge of the laminated slab, a first connecting end is formed at the end of the first steel bar, and a second connecting end is formed at the end of the second steel bar. The integrity between the adjacent laminated slabs is improved by arranging the double-layer connecting ends, the integrity between the laminated slabs and the steel beams can be further improved by arranging the reinforcing embedded parts, the overall bearing capacity of the floor is finally improved, the laminated slabs can integrate equipment pipelines in the production stage, and the production efficiency is improved. In the construction stage, formwork-free and support-free construction can be achieved, a construction platform can be rapidly formed only through a small amount of wet operation and hoisting and falling of the laminated slab, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明提供了一种新型装配整体式叠合板,叠合板包括第一结构层和设置于第一结构层上表面中部的第二结构层,第一结构层中部形成全厚预制区,四周边缘部位形成叠合预制区,第一结构层和第二结构层内分别设有若干第一钢筋和若干第二钢筋;在叠合板的侧边,第一钢筋的端部形成第一连接端头,第二钢筋的端部形成第二连接端头。本发明通过设置双层连接端头来提高相邻叠合板之间的整体性,进一步地还可以通过设置加固预埋件来提高叠合板与钢梁之间的整体性,最终提高楼面的整体承载能力,叠合板在生产阶段可集成设备管线,在施工阶段能实现无模板、无支撑施工,仅有少量的湿作业,叠合板吊装落位即可快速形成施工平台,极大提高施工效率。
