The invention provides a roof drainage structure and a roof drainage method.The roof drainage structure mainly comprises a water collection concave part, a drainage pipe, a heat preservation layer and a water guide pipe; the water collecting concave part comprises a bottom wall; the communicating part of the drainage pipe and the water collecting concave part is arranged on the bottom wall of the water collecting concave part; the heat preservation layer is arranged in the water collection concave part and is arranged on one side of the bottom wall of the water collection concave part; the aqueduct penetrates through the thermal insulation layer, and part of the aqueduct extends into the drain pipe to be communicated with the drain pipe and the external environment to guide water falling into the water collection concave part to flow into the drain pipe; and a gap is formed between the water guide pipe part extending into the drainage pipe and the pipe wall of the drainage pipe. According to the embodiment provided by the invention, the leaked water retained after the leaked water is repaired flows into the drainage pipe from the interval and is discharged out of the water collecting concave part, so that the construction of the roof water-based waterproof coating is ensured, the damage of accumulated water formed by the leaked water to the quality of a house is avoided, and the service life of the house is prolonged.
