The vertical limiting and guiding device comprises a limiting part and a plurality of connecting parts; the limiting part is arranged on a horizontal supporting surface in the to-be-dismantled house body, and the limiting part extends in the direction opposite to the gravity direction and penetrates through a preformed hole of a floor slab in the to-be-dismantled house body; the multiple connecting parts are evenly distributed in the axial direction of the limiting part, the connecting parts are arranged in the radial direction of the reserved hole, one ends of the connecting parts are detachably connected with the floor slab and/or the cross beam, the other ends of the connecting parts are provided with moving parts so as to movably abut against the surface of the limiting part, and the moving parts at one ends of the connecting parts make contact with the limiting part. And under the action of contact matching of the moving part and the limiting part, stable descending of the building can be achieved, the deviation condition is avoided, and then the collapse condition caused by inclination of the building is avoided.
本实施例公开一种竖向限位导向装置及系统。竖向限位导向装置包括:限位部和若干连接部;限位部设置于待拆除房体内部的水平支撑面,限位部沿重力方向的反向延伸且贯穿待拆房体中楼板的预留孔;若干连接部绕限位部的轴向均匀分布,连接部沿预留孔的径向设置,一端与楼板和/或横梁可拆卸连接,另一端设有运动件,以活动抵触限位部的表面,通过连接部一端的运动件与限位部实现接触,在通过逆向拆除楼体下降的过程中,在运动件与限位部接触配合的作用下,可实现楼体的稳定下降,不会出现偏移的情况,进而避免了楼体倾斜导致坍塌的情况。
