Guiding device for limiting cross arm of concrete pole
The guiding device comprises a hollow guiding cover body with an opening in the bottom, and the guiding cover body is of a big-end-down structure and is used for moving from top to bottom and sleeving an electric pole; when the outer wall of the guide cover body is subjected to thrust towards the center of the guide cover body or tensile force away from the center of the guide cover body, the guide cover body can be tightened inwards so as to clamp the electric pole or opened outwards so as to loosen and retreat from the top of the electric pole. Through the arrangement of the guide cover with the big-end-down conical structure and the corresponding driving structure, the guide cover can be rapidly and conveniently arranged on an electric pole in a sleeving mode and fixedly installed, so that the limiting and fixing effect on a cross arm is achieved, meanwhile, the lower half portion of the guide cover body is designed to be the guide cover petals of the petal-shaped structures, and the guide cover petals are convenient to use. Each guide cover petal corresponds to one electric telescopic rod, each guide cover petal moves towards the interior of the guide cover body to be tightened, and fixation of different sizes is achieved through opening and closing of the multiple guide cover petals.
本发明公开了一种用于砼杆横担限位的引导装置,包括内部中空且底部开口的导引罩体,导引罩体呈上小下大结构,用于从上向下运动并套至在电杆上;所述导引罩体的外壁在受到朝向导引罩体中心的推力或者远离导引罩体中心的拉力时,所述导引罩体能够朝内部收紧从而夹紧电杆或朝外部打开从而松开并退出电杆顶部。本发明通过设置具有上小下大锥形结构的导引罩以及相应的驱动结构,能够使导引罩快速便捷的套在电杆上并固定安装,从而达到对横担的限位固定作用,同时通过将导引罩体的下半部位设计成多个瓣状结构的导引罩瓣,每个导引罩瓣对应一个电动伸缩杆,每个导引罩瓣分别朝导引罩体内部运动收紧,通过多个导引罩瓣的开合实现不同尺寸的固定。
