The invention relates to the technical field of tower crown installation, and discloses a tower crown installation structure which comprises a first tower crown, a second tower crown and a base, the first tower crown is installed at the top end of the base, the second tower crown is installed at the top end of the first tower crown, two hollow rods are symmetrically installed at the top end of the base, and a cylindrical rod is rotatably installed between the two hollow rods; the two ends of the cylindrical rod extend into the two hollow rods correspondingly and are provided with cylindrical gears, racks are installed at the upper ends and the lower ends of the interiors of the two hollow rods correspondingly, connecting blocks are installed at one ends of the racks, and one ends of the connecting blocks extend to the outer sides of the hollow rods and are provided with clamping blocks. Two clamping blocks can be driven to move through rotation of a cylindrical gear, then the first tower crown is fixed in an auxiliary mode, meanwhile, a cylindrical clamping rod can be extruded to move through movement of a pushing block, connection of the first tower crown and a second tower crown is achieved, and the cylindrical block can be pulled to move into a limiting groove through movement of the clamping blocks; and the position of the cylindrical clamping rod is fixed.
本发明涉及塔冠安装技术领域,且公开了一种塔冠安装结构,包括第一塔冠、第二塔冠和底座,所述底座顶端安装有第一塔冠,所述第一塔冠顶端安装有第二塔冠,所述底座顶端对称安装两个空心杆,且两个空心杆之间转动安装有圆柱杆,所述圆柱杆两端分别延伸至两个空心杆内部并安装有圆柱齿轮,两个所述空心杆内部上下两端均安装有齿条,所述齿条一端安装有连接块,连接块一端延伸至空心杆外侧并安装有卡块。本发明不仅能够通过圆柱齿轮转动带动两个卡块移动,进而对第一塔冠进行辅助固定,同时能够通过推块移动挤压圆柱卡杆移动,进而实现第一塔冠和第二塔冠的连接,还能够通过卡块移动拉动圆柱块移动进入限位槽内部,进而固定圆柱卡杆的位置。
