The invention provides an intelligent vehicle collision pre-unlocking method, which comprises the following steps that S1, a road condition sensing unit acquires road condition information, including positioning information of other vehicles and obstacle position information, and sends the road condition information to a vehicle processing unit; s2, a processing unit processes the road condition information acquired by the road condition sensing unit, and calculates collision time and/or collision distance in combination with the positioning information of the vehicle; and S3, when the collision time and/or the collision distance reaches a preset time threshold value and/or distance threshold value, the execution unit executes unlocking operation on the vehicle door. The vehicle can be unlocked in a short time before collision, the situation that the vehicle cannot be unlocked after collision is avoided, and rescue accessibility is improved. The system is improved based on an existing vehicle-mounted system, extra hardware development work and cost are reduced, special requirements for adaptive software and hardware are avoided, and the scheme is easy to implement.
