The vehicle unlocking device comprises a power connection interface, a controller, a door lock motor and a switch element. The control module is used for controlling the door lock motor to be unlocked; the power connection interface is used for being connected with an external power supply, and the power connection interface is connected with the door lock motor and the lock motor through power lines; the switch element is arranged on the power line; the controller is used for being connected with a low-voltage storage battery of the vehicle, when the low-voltage storage battery does not lack of electricity, the low-voltage storage battery supplies power to the controller and the door lock motor, and at the moment, the switch element is in a preset disconnection state; and when the low-voltage storage battery is lack of electricity, the switch element is controlled to be switched from the off state to the on state, and at the moment, the external power supply supplies power to the controller and the door lock motor. According to the invention, the technical problem that the vehicle cannot be unlocked under the condition of no mechanical key when the power of the vehicle is insufficient can be solved.
