The invention discloses an STM32-based water surface dead fish salvage system and method. The system comprises a salvage ship body of a catamaran connection structure, an STM32 module, a GPS module, a water quality detection module, an ultrasonic module, a USB conversion module, a binocular camera, a steering engine holder, a steering engine driving module, a motor driving module, a voltage reduction power supply module, a salvage net steering engine set and a salvage net. The STM32 is combined with the computer vision technology, automatic navigation and modern intelligent fishing can be achieved, and the problems that in the fishery product breeding process, fishing operation on dead fishes depends on manual work, the dead fishes are not found in time, operation is tedious, and operation is dangerous can be effectively solved. The whole system is compact in structure, low in cost, high in efficiency and high in applicability.
