The invention belongs to the technical field of modified concrete. The invention provides modified ardealite as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The modified ardealite is prepared from 25-60 parts of ardealite, 12-35 parts of papermaking white mud, 1.5-3.5 parts of attapulgite, 2-5 parts of silica powder, 0.4-0.8 part of an auxiliary agent and 10-30 parts of water. The modified ardealite is used in cement concrete, so that the early strength of the ardealite-based cement concrete can be improved, and the setting time of the ardealite-based cement concrete can be shortened; the papermaking white mud is added when the phosphogypsum is modified, so that the purpose of treating wastes with wastes is achieved; by adding the attapulgite, the silica powder and the auxiliaries, ions harmful to the environment in the ardealite are adsorbed, the compatibility among the raw material components is improved, a net-shaped structure is more favorably formed, and the structure is more compact, so that the strength of the product is improved; and the preparation method is simple, low in cost, easy to operate and suitable for wide-range application.
