The invention belongs to the field of waste residue utilization, and particularly relates to modified phosphogypsum and a preparation method thereof. Aiming at the problems of high production processrequirements of the existing modified phosphogypsum, low flexural strength and compressive strength of a prepared cement retarder, long setting time and the like, the invention provides the novel modified phosphogypsum which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-90 parts of phosphogypsum, 40-60 parts of electric furnace steel slag micro-powder and 5-10 parts of an alkaline excitant. The invention further provides the preparation method of the modified ardealite, the modified phosphogypsum is obtained through the steps of raw material mixing, calcining, twice aging and the like, and when the modified phosphogypsum is used as a cement retarder, the modified phosphogypsum has high breaking strength and compressive strength, the setting time is shortened by about 1 h, the modified phosphogypsum can completely replace natural gypsum, and good practical value is achieved.
本发明属于废渣利用领域,具体涉及一种改性磷石膏及其制备方法。针对现有改性磷石膏生产工艺要求高、制备的水泥缓凝剂抗折强度、抗压强度低,凝结时间长等问题,本发明提供了一种新的改性磷石膏,其原料组成如下:按重量份数计,磷石膏50~90份,电炉钢渣微粉40~60份,碱性激发剂5~10份。本发明还提供了上述改性磷石膏的制备方法,经过原料混合、煅烧、两次陈化等步骤,得到改性后的磷石膏,用于水泥缓凝剂时,具有较强的抗折强度和抗压强度,凝结时间缩短1h左右,可完全代替天然石膏,具有很好的实用价值。
