The invention discloses ecological concrete as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The ecological concrete comprises a cementing material, aggregate with the particle size of 3-5 mm, water-borne epoxy resin, negative ion powder and a water reducing agent, wherein the cementing material is prepared from sulphoaluminate cement, ground mineral powder, gypsum, silica fume and the water reducing agent. The preparation method of the ecological concrete comprises the following steps: 1) adding water into the sulphoaluminate cement, the ground mineral powder, the silica fume, the gypsum and the water reducing agent, and dispersing to prepare cementing material slurry; and 2) adding water into the cementing material slurry, aggregate with the particle size of 3-5mm, water-borne epoxy resin, negative ion powder and a water reducing agent for dispersion, and then carrying out curing molding, so as to obtain the ecological concrete. The ecological concrete has the advantages that the compressive strength is high, the alkalinity of pore liquid is low, a large amount of industrial waste is utilized, organic pollutants can be degraded, and the ecological concrete has wide application prospects in slope protection.
本发明公开了一种生态混凝土及其制备方法和应用。本发明的生态混凝土的组成包括胶凝材料、粒径3mm～5mm的骨料、水性环氧树脂、负离子粉和减水剂，胶凝材料由硫铝酸盐水泥、磨细矿粉、石膏、硅灰和减水剂组成。本发明的生态混凝土的制备方法包括以下步骤：1)将硫铝酸盐水泥、磨细矿粉、硅灰、石膏和减水剂加水分散制成胶凝材料浆料；2)将胶凝材料浆料、粒径3mm～5mm的骨料、水性环氧树脂、负离子粉和减水剂加水分散，再进行固化成型，即得生态混凝土。本发明的生态混凝土具有抗压强度高、孔隙液的碱度低、大量利用了工业废弃物等优点，且其还能够降解有机污染物，在边坡防护中具有广阔的应用前景。
