The invention relates to ecological concrete, which is characterized by being mainly prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 75 to 80 percent of aggregate, 15 to 20 percent of sulphoaluminate cement, 4 to 6 percent of water, 0.05 to 0.1 percent of water reducing agent, 0.002 to 0.01 percent of amylase, 0.01 to 0.04 percent of short fiber, 0.005 to 0.03 percent of retarder, 0.005 to 0.01 percent of cellulose ether, 0.2 to 0.5 percent of latex and 0.1 to 0.3 percent of water-retaining agent. According to the ecological concrete disclosed by the invention, the low alkalinity characteristic of the sulphoaluminate cement is effectively exerted through a proper mixing ratio, and the defects of the sulphoaluminate cement in the aspects of working performance, working intensity and the like are overcome through the matching of other raw materials; the prepared concrete is low in alkalinity and high in strength, has porosity suitable for growth of plant root systems and capability of continuously releasing water, can effectively utilize building waste materials, and is low-carbon and environment-friendly plant-growing ecological concrete.
本发明涉及一种生态混凝土及其制备方法和应用。一种生态混凝土,其特征在于,主要由以下重量百分比的原料制备得到:骨料75~80%、硫铝酸盐水泥15~20%、水4~6%、减水剂0.05~0.1%、淀粉酶0.002~0.01%、短纤维0.01~0.04%、缓凝剂0.005~0.03、纤维素醚0.005~0.01%、乳胶0.2~0.5%、保水剂0.1~0.3%。本发明的生态混凝土通过合适的配合比,有效地发挥了硫铝酸盐水泥的低碱度特性,并通过其它原料的配合弥补了硫铝酸盐水泥在工作性能、工作强度等方面的不足,所配制的混凝土碱度低、强度高、具有适合植物根系生长的孔隙率和持续释放水的能力,同时能有效利用建筑废弃料,是一种低碳环保的植生生态混凝土。
