The invention provides a preparation method of silicon carbide ceramic with high compressive strength, which comprises the following steps: adding an organic carbon film into silicon carbide powder, and neutralizing an oxide layer in the silicon carbide powder by using carbon in the organic carbon film; and preparing the silicon carbide with the neutralized oxide layer into the silicon carbide ceramic. According to the technical scheme, the organic carbon film is introduced to neutralize an oxide layer on the surface of the powder, and high-temperature sintering is performed to obtain the high-compression-resistance silicon carbide ceramic.
本发明提供了一种高抗压强度碳化硅陶瓷的制备方法,包括在碳化硅粉体中加入有机碳膜,利用所述有机碳膜中的碳对所述碳化硅粉体中的氧化层进行中和处理;将氧化层中和后的碳化硅制备成碳化硅陶瓷。本发明的技术方案通过引入有机碳膜中和粉体表面的氧化层,经高温烧结得到高抗压碳化硅陶瓷。
