The invention discloses a bridge pier column prestress tensioning and grouting construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, construction preparation work is carried out, and surveying and setting-out are carried out; s2, a scaffold is built; s3, steel bars are manufactured and installed; s4, a formwork is manufactured and installed; s5, pouring of concrete; s6, pier top straining beam prestress construction, wherein intelligent tensioning construction and vacuum auxiliary grouting construction are included; and S7, installation of the pre-embedded facility. According to the method, the construction safety and accuracy can be greatly improved, the process of prestress tension and grouting construction is well completed for the bridge pier column with the complex structure and the high load requirement, technical support is provided for follow-up construction of the dangerous bridge pier column, and positive contribution is made for diverse construction of bridges in China.
本发明公开了一种桥梁墩柱的预应力张拉及压浆施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1:施工准备工作,并进行测量放线;S2:脚手架的搭建;S3:钢筋的制作和安装;S4:模板的制作与安装;S5:混凝土的浇筑;S6:墩顶系梁预应力的施工:包括智能张拉施工和真空辅助压浆施工;S7:预埋设施的安装。本发明方法能够极大的提高了施工的安全性和精准性,针对结构复杂,载荷要求较高桥梁墩柱,较好的完成预应力拉张和压浆施工的过程,为后续危大桥梁墩柱的施工提供了技术支持,为实现我国桥梁多元化建设做出了积极的贡献。
