The invention discloses a pre-stress construction method with grouting and tensioning in sequence. Unbonded pre-stress steel strands are adopted for pre-stress hole channel strand pulling. After strand pulling is completed, a sealing piece is installed on the unbonded prestressed steel strand at an outlet of the prestressed pore channel, and a pore channel sealing performance test is carried out; after the hole channel sealing performance test is qualified, slurry is poured into the prestressed hole channel; after the slurry reaches certain preset strength, an anchor clamp is installed at the tensioning end of the unbonded prestressed steel strand, and then tensioning operation is conducted; the tensioned unbonded prestressed steel strand is anchored and prestressed through an anchor clamp at the end part of the unbonded prestressed steel strand; and after tensioning is completed, part of the steel strands are reserved at the tensioning ends of the unbonded prestressed steel strands, and the rest of overlong steel strands are cut off. According to the construction method, the construction sequence of grouting and tensioning is adopted, the construction sequence of strand pulling and grouting can be automatically organized according to the actual situation of construction due to the change of construction procedures, and finally tensioning operation is conducted according to the designed tensioning sequence.
本发明公开了一种先灌浆后张拉的预应力施工方法,采用无粘结预应力钢绞线进行预应力孔道穿束;穿束完成后,在预应力孔道的出口处的无粘结预应力钢绞线上安装密封件,进行孔道密封性试验;孔道密封性试验合格后,向预应力孔道中灌注浆体;待浆体达到一定的预设强度后,在无粘结预应力钢绞线张拉端安装锚夹具后进行张拉操作;张拉后的无粘结预应力钢绞线通过端部的锚夹具锚固预应力;张拉完成后,无粘结预应力钢绞线张拉端预留部分钢绞线,切除其余过长钢绞线。本发明采用先灌浆后张拉的施工顺序,因施工工序的改变,可根据施工的实际情况,自行组织穿束及灌浆的施工顺序,最后再按设计张拉顺序进行张拉作业。
