Maintenance and reinforcement method for bridge underwater piers in tidal zone
The invention discloses a low-cost and safe maintenance and reinforcement method for bridge underwater piers in a tidal zone. The method comprises the following steps of steel boxed cofferdam installation, sacrificial anode protection system installation and pier column concrete reinforcement. When the step of installing the steel boxed cofferdam is carried out, a lower inner support is fixed to the top face of a bearing platform in the mode that anchor bolts are implanted, then a side plate of the steel boxed cofferdam is connected with the lower inner support, and then a water stop belt working platform is pushed through a hydraulic jack till a GINA water stop belt is tightly attached to the side face of the bearing platform; when the sacrificial anode protection system installation step is carried out, a zinc block with the potential sequence in the front is arranged on a rusted steel bar of a pier column to serve as a sacrificial anode so as to protect an iron steel bar with the potential sequence in the rear. When the pier column concrete reinforcing step is carried out, a cushion block is arranged between the inner side face of the glass fiber reinforced plastic formwork and the outer surface of the pier column, the outer edge of a bottom opening of the glass fiber reinforced plastic formwork is plugged with mortar, and RPC concrete pouring is carried out after the mortar reaches certain strength.
