The invention relates to the technical field of pipe groove backfilling, and discloses a pipeline backfilling device and a using method thereof.The pipeline backfilling device comprises a center connecting frame, a material pressing bin, a main driving mechanism, a screw feeding mechanism, a control cam and a front-back linkage type pressure promoting mechanism; the height of the rear pressing block is larger than that of the front pressing block, the weight of the rear pressing block is larger than that of the front pressing block, and the main driving mechanism is in transmission connection with a screw rod in the screw feeding mechanism through the belt conveying mechanism. The whole backfilling operation filling and material pressing are performed synchronously, meanwhile, double-end pressing is formed through front-back swinging, continuous downward pressing construction is formed in cooperation with dispersed delivery and rotary paving of the flowering pipe sets, and the device is suitable for being used for long-distance pipe groove backfilling. The feeding speed of the screw feeding mechanism and the pressing frequency of the front-back linkage type pressing promoting mechanism are in positive correlation through linkage of the same driving piece.
