The hollow-core circular-truncated-cone-shaped reinforced concrete annular wall plate is adopted, the overhanging length of the foundation bottom plate is reduced, the bending moment of the top face and the bottom face of the foundation bottom plate is reduced, and therefore the steel bar use amount and the concrete use amount of the foundation are reduced, and the problem of temperature control during large-size concrete pouring is solved. Meanwhile, by raising the elevation of the top surface of the foundation, the steel consumption of the fan tower drum can be saved, the length of the anchor bolt of the tower drum is reduced, the foundation pit can be excavated and constructed at any time, and the influence of bad weather on the foundation pit or foundation construction is reduced.
一种陆上风电空腔风机基础结构及其施工方法,包括圆形风机基础底板或环形承台,在基础底板或环形承台上部设置圆台形钢筋混凝土环形壁板,使基础内部形成空腔;在钢筋混凝土环形壁板顶部设置钢筋混凝土环形梁,并在环形梁内部预留塔筒锚栓套管。本发明采用“空芯”的圆台形钢筋混凝土环形壁板,减小了基础底板的悬挑长度,减小了基础底板顶面、底面的弯矩,从而减小了基础的钢筋用量和混凝土用量,避免了大体积混凝土浇筑时温度控制的难题。同时,通过将基础顶面标高抬高,能够节省风机塔筒的用钢量,减小了塔筒锚栓的长度,能够实现基坑随时开挖基础随时施工,降低了不良天气对基坑或基础施工的影响。
