Novel method for erecting eye-free formwork of special ring beam structure
The invention discloses a novel method for erecting a special ring beam structure frame-eye-free formwork. The novel method comprises the following steps that column beams are placed on a cutting device to be cut into side columns, longitudinal beams and cross beams meeting the technological requirements; after the foundation is constructed to the set elevation, a layer of cement mortar is evenly laid on the top face of the foundation, and then three joints of connectors are placed at the joints of the longitudinal wall foundations and the transverse wall foundations at the four corners of the house; the cross beam is placed on the cross wall foundation, and the two ends of the cross beam are spliced with the three-section connectors respectively and inserted into expansion anchor bolts; a longitudinal beam is placed on the longitudinal wall foundation, the two ends of the longitudinal beam are spliced with the three joints respectively, and expansion anchor bolts are driven into the joints; vertical column construction: assembling the side column and the three-section connector, and driving an expansion anchor bolt into the side column and the three-section connector; wall body construction, wherein transverse walls are built on the transverse beams, and longitudinal walls are built on the longitudinal beams until the height of the transverse walls and the height of the longitudinal walls reach the set elevation of the beam bottom of the roof ring beam; the construction method has the advantages of simplicity and convenience in construction, high speed, reliable quality and construction cost saving.
