The invention relates to the technical field of fireproof wall materials, and discloses a preparation method of a fireproof wall material capable of automatically decomposing formaldehyde, which comprises the following steps: (1) mixing MgO and Al2O3, sequentially carrying out ball milling, ultrasonic treatment and heating reaction to obtain a porous precursor; (2) mixing the porous precursor with nano LiF, and calcining under the protection of nitrogen to obtain a calcined product; and (3) loading titanium dioxide nanotubes on the calcined product through a coupling reaction to obtain the fireproof wall material. The spinel material has excellent fire resistance, and titanium dioxide nanotube loading is adopted, so that the wall material has the capability of catalytically decomposing toxic and harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene; the porous precursor is synthesized firstly, and then the nanoscale LiF is added, so that on the basis of meeting the material performance, the calcination time is greatly shortened, and the energy loss is reduced.
本发明涉及耐火墙壁材料的技术领域,公开了一种可以自动分解甲醛的耐火墙壁材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将MgO和Al2O3混合后,依次经过球磨、超声,再进行加热反应,得到多孔前驱体;(2)将多孔前驱体和纳米LiF混合,在氮气保护下,进行煅烧,得到煅烧产物;(3)将煅烧产物通过偶联反应负载二氧化钛纳米管,得到耐火墙壁材料。本发明利用尖晶石材料具备优良的耐火性质,通过二氧化钛纳米管负载,使得墙壁材料具有催化分解甲醛、苯等有毒有害物质的能力;通过先合成多孔前驱体、再添加纳米级LiF,使得在满足材料性能的基础上,大大缩短煅烧时间,并减少能源的损耗。
