The invention discloses a method for producing lime profiles by utilizing flotation phosphate tailings. The method comprises the following steps: S1, carrying out flotation on the phosphate tailings; s2, proportioning the raw materials: proportioning the phosphate tailings and the inferior coal powder according to a certain proportion to obtain a mixture; s3, calcining the mixture in a lime kiln according to a lime firing method; and S4, adding ardealite into the calcined material according to requirements to prepare the lime profile. Calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate in the flotation phosphate tailings are calcined to generate calcium oxide and magnesium oxide alkaline materials, the resource utilization way of the flotation phosphate tailings is explored in cooperation with phosphogypsum harmless treatment, and the stacking problem of the flotation phosphate tailings is solved.
本发明公开了一种利用浮选磷尾矿生产石灰型材的方法，包括如下步骤：S1、对磷尾矿进行浮选；S2、原料配比，将磷尾矿、劣质煤粉按照一定比例配比，得到混合料；S3、按石灰烧制方法将混合料放入石灰窑中进行煅烧；S4、按照需求将煅烧后的对煅烧后的材料中添加磷石膏制成石灰型材。本发明利用浮选磷尾矿中的碳酸类钙、镁盐，通过煅烧产生氧化钙、氧化镁碱性材料，协同磷石膏无害化处理探索浮选磷尾矿资源化利用途径，解决浮选磷尾矿堆放难题。
