More than half of the raw materials use the flotation phosphate tailings, the phosphate tailings are fully consumed, solid waste recycling is achieved, fine sand is replaced, and the problem of shortage of the fine sand is solved; mineral powder, clinker, calcium oxide, calcium chloride, anhydrous sodium sulfate, calcium sulfate dehydrate and sodium silicate are compounded to obtain a gel material, ordinary cement is replaced, rapid solidification of the superfine flotation phosphate tailings is achieved, the compressive strength of the superfine flotation phosphate tailings is improved, and the cost is lower.
