The invention discloses a high-speed railway seamless track movable steel rail cooling device which comprises an upper placing plate equidistantly arranged with a steel rail, a refrigeration tank is arranged on the upper placing plate, upper cover plates are arranged at the two ends of the upper placing plate, conveying cavities are formed in the upper cover plates, and the upper cover plates are connected with two oppositely-arranged cooling boxes through lock catch assemblies. A cooling cavity arranged in an axis mode is formed in the cooling box, a plurality of installation openings penetrating through the side wall are formed in the side wall of the cooling cavity, and driving wheels are arranged in the installation openings. High-pressure refrigerant impellers are generated through the refrigeration assembly, so that the driving wheels rotate, the whole equipment is driven to move, the driving wheels making contact with the steel rail can effectively cool the steel rail, movable cooling of the steel rail is achieved, and therefore the cooling efficiency is effectively improved; the phenomenon that the seamless track steel rail of the high-speed railway is broken and bent or expanded is reduced.
本发明公开了一种高速铁路无缝线路移动式钢轨降温装置,包括与钢轨等距设置的上置板,上置板上设置有制冷罐,上置板两端均设置有上盖板,上盖板内开设有输送腔,上盖板通过锁扣组件连接有两个相对设置的冷却箱,冷却箱内开设有呈轴线设置的冷却腔,冷却腔侧壁开设有多个贯穿侧壁的安装口,安装口内设置有驱动轮。本发明通过制冷组件产生高压冷媒叶轮使得驱动轮转动,从而带动整个设备进行移动,与钢轨接触的驱动轮会实现对钢轨的有效降温,实现对钢轨的移动式降温,从而有效提高降温效率,以减少高速铁路无缝线路钢轨碎弯或者胀轨跑道现象的发生。
