Bridge engineering construction supporting device
The invention discloses a bridge engineering construction supporting device, and relates to the technical field of bridge engineering construction. The device comprises a supporting column arranged on the ground and a supporting plate which is arranged at the top end of the supporting column and abuts against the bottom side face of a bridge pouring formwork. During construction, the bridge pouring formwork is assembled according to the modeling type of a bridge, and the bridge pouring formwork is supported in the assembling process through the supporting device; the supporting plate comprises a base plate, four grooves are evenly distributed in the upper surface of the base plate, and metal movable plates are arranged in the grooves in a matched mode. The supporting plate with the four metal movable plates for supporting is arranged at the top end of the supporting column, four bridge pouring formworks are supported through the metal movable plates in use, and the problem that an existing steel pipe only meets the requirement for supporting a single construction formwork is solved; and meanwhile, the device adapts to thickness difference of adjacent bridge pouring formworks or different supporting heights of the bridge pouring formworks during actual construction.
本发明公开了一种桥梁工程施工支撑装置,涉及桥梁工程施工技术领域。本发明包括设置在地面上的支撑柱、以及设置在支撑柱顶端且抵接在桥梁浇筑模板底侧面的支撑板;施工时,根据桥梁的造型类进行桥梁浇筑模板的组装,并通过支撑装置在组装过程中对桥梁浇筑模板进行支撑;支撑板包括一基板,基板上表面均布有四个凹槽,凹槽内配合设置有金属活动板。本发明本发明过在支撑柱顶端设置有具有四个支撑用金属活动板的支撑板,实现在使用通过金属活动板实现对四个桥梁浇筑模板进行支撑,解决了现有一根钢管仅满足对单一施工模板进行支撑的问题;同时适应相邻桥梁浇筑模板的厚度差异或者实际施工时桥梁浇筑模板支撑高度不同。
