The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, and provides a cable penetrating system and a cable penetrating method thereof.The cable penetrating system comprises a first sleeve, a second sleeve, a third sleeve and a fourth sleeve, the second sleeve extends to the cable bent tower from the bridge floor on the second side of the cable bent tower; and the cable penetrating conveying device comprises a pay-off reel and a cable penetrating machine, and the cable penetrating machine is used for driving the steel strand to sequentially penetrate through the first sleeve, the cable bent tower and the second sleeve to extend to the bridge floor on the second side of the cable bent tower. According to the cable penetrating system, the first sleeve and the second sleeve are erected on the two sides of the cable bent tower correspondingly, the cable penetrating conveying device is arranged on one side of the cable bent tower, and the cable penetrating machine in the cable penetrating conveying device is used for driving the steel strand to sequentially penetrate through the first sleeve, the cable bent tower and the second sleeve from the bridge surface of the first side of the cable bent tower to extend to the bridge surface of the second side of the cable bent tower; therefore, a user can directly connect the steel strands to the two sides of the cable bent tower, the difficulty of the installation technology of the steel strand stay cable is greatly reduced, meanwhile, the construction efficiency is improved, and the labor cost is reduced.
