Transportation method for removing formworks in narrow space in small prefabricated box girder
The invention relates to a transportation method for removing a template in a narrow space in a small prefabricated box girder, which comprises the following steps: a, mounting pulley assemblies (4) at two ends of the small prefabricated box girder (2), winding a steel wire rope (3) of a winch (1) around the pulley assemblies (4), and mounting a hook (6) on the steel wire rope (3); b, removing the template (5), and lifting the template (5) by a hook (6); c, the winch (1) is started, and the formwork (5) is conveyed to a port; d, the formwork (5) is unloaded, the winch (1) is started reversely, and the hook (6) is reset; and e, repeating the steps from c to e until the template (5) is removed. By arranging the pulley assembly (4), a rotating formwork (5) conveying mechanism is formed, forward and reverse work of the winch (1) is controlled, and the disassembled formwork (5) can be rapidly transferred in the prefabricated small box girder (2). The problems that manual carrying and mechanical dragging are adopted in a traditional method, the construction efficiency is low, the construction danger coefficient is high, and concrete in the small prefabricated box girder is damaged are solved.
本发明涉及一种预制小箱梁内狭窄空间拆除模板运输方法,包括步骤:a、预制小箱梁(2)两端安装滑轮组件(4),卷扬机(1)的钢丝绳(3)绕过滑轮组件(4),钢丝绳(3)上安有挂钩(6);b、拆除模板(5),挂钩(6)吊起模板(5);c、启动卷扬机(1),将模板(5)运至端口;d、卸落模板(5),反向启动卷扬机(1),使挂钩(6)复位;e、重复c至e至模板(5)拆除。通过设置滑轮组件(4),形成转动的模板(5)运输机构,控制卷扬机(1)的正反工作,可实现在预制小箱梁(2)内部快速倒运拆除的模板(5)。解决了传统方法采用人力搬抬及机械拖拽,施工效率低,施工危险系数高,损坏预制小箱梁内部混凝土的问题。
