And the residue collecting assembly comprises six groups of pushing pieces fixedly connected with the six groups of translation pieces, and a storage piece connected with the six groups of pushing pieces in a sliding manner. The device has the beneficial effects that the reciprocating rectilinear motion of the translation piece and the rotation of the moving piece are simultaneously driven by the first driving piece, the reciprocating rectilinear motion of the translation piece and the rotation of the moving piece drive the reciprocating translation and the lifting motion of the lifting piece to contact and clean scum in sequence, and the pushing piece is driven to synchronously move in the same direction, so that the scum is pushed into the hollow storage box to be collected; dross is prevented from entering the center of the blocking device; and the latter converts the rotating power into propelling force to propel the device to move forwards, so that the scum is cleaned in the moving process.
