Cast-in-place pile bottom sediment multi-medium high-pressure hole washing and slurry closed grouting repairing method
The invention relates to the technical field of cast-in-place pile repairing, and discloses a cast-in-place pile bottom sediment multi-medium high-pressure hole washing and slurry closed grouting repairing method which comprises the following construction steps that (1) an air compressor is started for high-air-pressure hole washing; (2) an air compressor and a grouting pump are started respectively for high-air-pressure and high-water-pressure mixed hole washing; (3) the grouting pump injects cement grout into the core-pulling hole, the grouting pump is replaced with an air compressor, and the air compressor conveys highly compressed air into the core-pulling hole; (4) the air compressor is replaced with the grouting pump, and the cement grout is injected into the core-pulling hole; and (5) hole sealing and grouting are conducted on the core-pulling hole through the expansion hole packer. The core-pulling hole is used as a channel, sediment at the bottom of the pile is cleaned through mixed hole washing of single media such as water, gas and slurry and multi-media, and the sediment section at the bottom of the pile, the interior of the core-pulling hole, the interior of a pile body and slightly-weathered rock cracks are densely filled with cement slurry through high-pressure closed grouting, so that the effect of repairing the pile with the sediment defect is achieved.
