The invention relates to the technical field of hole bottom slurry fishing, and discloses a cast-in-place pile hole bottom slurry fishing construction method which comprises the following steps: putting a reinforcement cage and a cast-in-place guide pipe into a cast-in-place pile hole, and carrying out secondary hole cleaning on the cast-in-place pile hole; measuring the sediment thickness at the bottom of the cast-in-place pile hole, and determining that the sediment thickness is within a set thickness range; a fishing device is provided and comprises a barrel, a barrel cavity with an opening in the top is formed in the barrel, a slurry inlet is formed in the middle of a barrel cover of the barrel, a movable shaft penetrates through the slurry inlet, the lower portion of the movable shaft penetrates through the slurry inlet and is provided with a bottom cover plate, and the fishing device is put into the cast-in-place pile hole till the bottom of the barrel abuts against the bottom of the cast-in-place pile hole. Continuously lowering to enable the movable shaft to move downwards relative to the cylinder body, and opening the slurry inlet by the bottom cover plate; after slurry in a cast-in-place pile hole enters the cylinder cavity through the slurry inlet, the slurry is lifted to the bottom cover plate to seal the slurry inlet; and the fishing device is lifted out of the cast-in-place pile hole, the slurry in the barrel is poured out, the slurry is detected, and detection data are obtained.
