The invention provides an omni-directional variable-parameter eddy current tuned mass damper, which relates to the technical field of engineering structure vibration reduction, and comprises a support shell, a rail guide system, a counterweight mass system, an eddy current damping system, a spring system and a limiting buffer system, the supporting shell is used for bearing the tuned mass damping system and fixedly connected with a building. The rail guiding system is used for supporting and guiding the eddy current damping system and the counterweight mass system; the number of counterweight mass plates in the counterweight mass system is adjustable; the eddy current damping system comprises magnetic steel, a conductor plate, an energy storage device and other assemblies, magnetic induction lines are cut in a magnetic field through the conductor plate, and vibration mechanical energy is converted into electric energy to be stored. The spring system is used for buffering the counterweight mass system; the limiting and buffering system is arranged at the end of the rail guiding system and limits extreme movement of the balance weight mass system to prevent equipment from being damaged. According to the invention, the vibration amplitude and the vibration frequency in the multi-dimensional direction are controlled, and energy recycling can be realized.
