By the adoption of the device, air is guided into the blind holes in the lower surface of the graphite jig through the four through holes of the mounting base, meanwhile, the wind power drives the second air guide ring and the corresponding scraping system to rotate, then powder at dead corners in the blind holes is scraped off through the arc-shaped steel wires, and the scraped powder is blown out through the wind power; and meanwhile, an annular air wall is formed by air blown out of a first air guide ring, powder blown out of blind holes is intercepted, and the powder is prevented from flying around, and the problems that at present, powder in annular grooves and the blind holes is cleaned through brushes, and due to the fact that bristles are clustered and large in size, the dust cannot be generated easily are solved. And when dead angle positions of the annular groove and the blind hole are cleaned, the dead angle positions are prone to contact and friction with other positions, floating dust is generated, and the cleaning effect is poor.
本发明实施例公开了一种石墨产品表面激光镭射烧结装置,包括有第一安装架、防护罩、直线移动机构、激光烧结器和机械手。采用本发明,具有通过安装座的四个贯穿孔将风导入石墨治具下表面的盲孔中,同时风力带动第二导风圈和对应的刮除系统转动,进而通过弧形钢丝将盲孔内死角的粉末刮除,通过风力将刮落的粉末吹出,同时通过第一导风圈吹出的风形成一个环形风墙,对盲孔吹出的粉末进行拦截,避免粉末四处飞散的优点,解决了目前通常是通过毛刷对环形槽和盲孔中的粉末进行清理,由于刷毛成簇体积较大,在针对环形槽和盲孔的死角位置进行清理时容易与其它位置接触摩擦,进而导致浮尘产生,清理效果不佳的问题。
