A method for repairing a pile head of a cast-in-place pile is characterized by comprising the following steps of a, cutting an iron sheet with a certain height from the pile diameter of the cast-in-place pile and a pile body of the cast-in-place pile which is seriously damaged on site by using a cutting machine according to design requirements, b, annularly and tightly holding the manufactured iron sheet along the periphery of the pile head of the cast-in-place pile, and c, manufacturing a plurality of hose clamps, d, after the pile head repairing device is reinforced, pile head epoxy resin concrete is used, and e, after the pile head is repaired, a screw driver is used for unscrewing the screw, and the iron sheet and the steel belt are dismantled for reuse. The method for repairing the pile head of the cast-in-place pile has the advantages that repairing measures are simple, manufacturing is easy, assembling (disassembling) is easy, rapid installation is adopted, convenience and rapidness are achieved, the number of times of repeated use is large, time and labor cost are saved, time and labor are saved, and consumption of manual labor intensity is reduced.
