The invention discloses a tower crane foundation node construction method which comprises the following steps: lowering the elevation of a tower crane foundation which is overlapped with a basement post-pouring belt to the bottom of a basement foundation bottom plate, and pouring a bearing platform in the range of the tower crane foundation and the tower crane foundation at the same time; waterproof coiled materials are laid in the tower crane foundation construction joints, and waterproof coiled material throwing rafts are reserved; a tower crane foundation is poured, and tower crane standard knots are installed on the tower crane foundation; waterproof coiled materials are laid on construction joints of the foundation bottom plate, steel bar binding and concrete pouring construction are conducted on the foundation bottom plate, and a to-be-poured area of the post-pouring belt is reserved; the waterproof coiled material throwing rafts are connected with the waterproof coiled material lap joint parts, and a coiled material waterproof layer is formed; and a post-cast strip is formed through pouring, and the bottom standard knot steel frame is cut off. The method of the tower crane foundation and the basement bottom plate is optimized and adjusted, under the condition that the position of the tower crane and the position of the post-cast strip are limited, plane position adjustment of the tower crane and the post-cast strip can be avoided, and meanwhile the requirements for the operation range of the tower crane and the design requirement of the post-cast strip are met.
本发明公开一种塔吊基础节点施工方法,包括:对于与地下室后浇带有位置重叠的塔吊基础,将其标高往下降至地下室基础底板底部,将塔吊基础范围内的承台与塔吊基础同时浇筑;在塔吊基础施工缝铺设防水卷材,预留防水卷材甩槎;塔吊基础浇筑,在塔吊基础上安装塔吊标准节;在基础底板施工缝铺设防水卷材,基础底板进行钢筋绑扎和混凝土浇筑施工,预留出后浇带待浇筑区域;将防水卷材甩槎与防水卷材搭接部连接,形成卷材防水层;浇筑成型后浇带,将底部标准节钢架切除。本发明对塔吊基础和地下室底板的做法进行优化调整,实现在塔吊位置和后浇带位置均受限的情况下,对两者均可不作平面位置调整,同时满足塔吊作业范围和后浇带设计要求。
