The invention discloses an inclined hanging steel structure and a mounting method thereof. The inclined hanging steel structure comprises a top hanging stress steel beam and a lower hanging stress steel beam which are arranged between a core tube and an outer frame inclined column in the horizontal direction, and the lower hanging stress steel beam is located under the top hanging stress steel beam; a hanging column is arranged on the lower end face of the top hanging stress steel beam, the relative lower end of the hanging column in the height direction gradually inclines towards the core tube, the two ends of the hanging column in the height direction are detachably connected with a first chain block and a second chain block correspondingly, and the first chain block is used for being detachably hung on a tower crane hook; a lifting hook of the second chain block is detachably connected to the opposite upper end face of the lower hanging stress steel beam in the height direction. A plurality of first steel beams parallel to the horizontal direction are arranged between the hanging column and the core tube in the height direction at intervals. The installation sequence is optimized, the construction safety and the installation precision are ensured, meanwhile, supporting measures are saved, the construction period is shortened, and the installation cost is reduced.
