The invention discloses a method for quickly paving floor tiles by using quick hydraulic tablets. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a substrate; the paving position of each floor tile is determined on the base; punching is conducted on the substrate, and the placing position of the quick-setting tablet is determined; spraying a sodium hydroxide solution on the surface of the quick-setting tablet, inserting part of the quick-setting tablet into the hole slot, and exposing part of the quick-setting tablet out of the substrate; and the floor tiles are pressed on the quick-setting tablets, and paving of the floor tiles on the base is achieved. The invention has the following beneficial effects: after the sodium hydroxide solution contacts with anhydrous sodium silicate and blast furnace mineral powder, rapid hydration is generated, and high early strength is generated, so that the floor tile is firmly connected with a substrate; the quick-setting tablet is partially buried in the base and can generate transversely fixed grip strength to fix the tablet after being hydrated, and the part exposed out of the outer side can generate longitudinal bonding force to ensure the horizontal strength of the floor tile, so that each point of the point bonding method has higher stability, and the floor tile can be effectively bonded.
本发明公开了一种利用急速水硬性片剂的地砖快速铺贴方法,包括如下步骤:对基底进行整备;在基底上确定每块地砖的铺贴位置;在基底上进行打孔,确定速凝片剂的放置位置;在速凝片剂的表面喷涂氢氧化钠溶液,将速凝片剂的部分插入孔槽内,速凝片剂的部分外露于基底;将地砖按压于速凝片剂上,实现地砖在基底上的铺贴。本发明的有益效果:氢氧化钠溶液和无水硅酸钠及高炉矿粉接触后会产生急速水化,产生较高的早期强度,使得地砖与基底较为牢固的连结;速凝片剂部分埋于基座中,水化后会产生横向固定的握力固定片剂,露于外侧的部分会产生纵向的粘结力,保证地砖的水平强度,因此该点粘法每个点均有较高的稳定性,可有效粘结地砖。
