By arranging the longitudinal wave damping assembly, longitudinal waves can be damped in an earthquake, so that vertical shaking, caused by the longitudinal waves, of the concrete supporting columns above the first equipment plate is limited, and by arranging the transverse wave damping assembly, transverse waves can be damped in the earthquake; and by means of the structural design, the anti-seismic effect of the building above the first equipment plate is better, and the stability of the building above the first equipment plate is higher.
