The invention relates to a height-adjustable plate-type ballastless track structure and a construction method. The existing ballastless track structure is easy to heighten, but the heightening amount cannot adapt to large deformation. The structure comprises a frame type track plate, a height adjusting type support, a lower adjusting layer and a lateral limiting adjusting layer. The cross section of the lower adjusting layer is in a U shape, supporting tables are arranged on the two sides, a strip-shaped groove is formed in the middle, and the height adjusting type support is vertically fixed in the strip-shaped groove. The frame type track plate is fixed to the top of the height adjusting type support, and limiting bosses protruding outwards transversely are arranged on the two sides of the frame type track plate. The lateral limiting adjusting layer is arranged at the top of the supporting table, a limiting groove is formed in the transverse inner side of the lateral limiting adjusting layer, and the limiting boss is inserted into the limiting groove. The defects of an existing ballastless track are overcome, the novel plate type ballastless track is formed by combining the height adjusting type support, the height stepless adjustment of the track structure under the large deformation condition of a foundation can be achieved, and the obvious characteristics that the track surface line shape is rapidly recovered and the like are achieved.
本发明涉及一种高低调整型板式无砟轨道结构及施工方法。既有无砟轨道结构易于调高但调高量无法适应大变形。本结构包括框架式轨道板、高低调整型支座、下部调整层和侧向限位调整层;下部调整层的横截面呈U字形,两侧为支撑台,中部为条形槽,高低调整型支座竖向固定在条形槽内;框架式轨道板固定在高低调整型支座顶部,框架式轨道板两侧设置有横向外凸的限位凸台;侧向限位调整层设置于支撑台顶部,侧向限位调整层的横向内侧设置有限位凹槽,限位凸台插入限位凹槽内。本发明克服了既有无砟轨道弊端,结合高低调整型支座形成一种新型板式无砟轨道,可实现基础大变形条件下的轨道结构高低无级调整,具备轨面线形快速恢复等显著特点。
