Novel plate type ballastless track structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a novel plate type ballastless track structure which comprises a base plate and a track plate unit located on the base plate, a track bearing table is arranged on the track plate unit, and a steel rail is installed on the track bearing table; a groove and a boss which are matched with each other are arranged on the contact surface of the base plate and the track plate unit. The invention further discloses a construction method of the novel plate-type ballastless track structure. The connecting surfaces of the track plate units and the base plate are matched through the grooves and the bosses, so that the longitudinal and transverse overall displacement and horizontal torsion of the track plate units are limited. Meanwhile, the longitudinal ends and the transverse ends of the track plate units can stretch out and draw back to a certain extent along the bosses, and a temperature force is effectively released. Therefore, the contradiction between limiting and temperature deformation release is solved, and the durability of the ballastless track can be effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种新型板式无砟轨道结构,包括底座板及位于其上的轨道板单元,轨道板单元上设有承轨台,钢轨安装在承轨台上;底座板与轨道板单元两者的接触表面设有相互配合的凹槽及凸台。本发明还公开了上述的新型板式无砟轨道结构的施工方法。本发明轨道板单元与底座板连接面通过凹槽、凸台相配合,限制了轨道板单元的纵横向整体位移及水平扭转。与此同时,轨道板单元的纵向端部和横向端部可沿凸台产生一定量的伸缩,有效释放温度力。因此,限位与温度变形释放这一对矛盾得到了解决,可有效提高无砟轨道的耐久性。
