The invention relates to a portal type sliding and turning integrated formwork lifting system which comprises a formwork unit (1), a construction operation unit (2), a jacking unit (3), a precise control unit, a maintenance unit and a matching unit. The formwork unit comprises an inner formwork, an outer formwork, a movable crown block and a vertical adjusting rod. The construction operation unit comprises a construction platform, an inner mold modification platform and an outer mold modification platform; the jacking unit comprises a portal type lifting frame (4) and a jacking mechanism (5), and the precise control unit comprises a console and a limiting mechanism; the maintenance unit is an automatic maintenance device; the matching unit comprises an electric power circuit and a protection structure. The invention further relates to a construction method of the portal type sliding and turning integrated formwork lifting system. The system is easy to operate, suitable for high pier construction, small in formwork investment, high in construction speed and good in concrete construction overall quality, and the safety risk is greatly reduced.
