The invention provides a construction method of a double-lap-joint polymer waterproof roll, which comprises the following steps of: cleaning a base layer, namely leveling the ground base layer by adopting self-flowing or leveling the ground base layer by utilizing cement mortar; and line snapping and positioning are conducted, the construction position, size and installation height of the double-lap-joint macromolecule waterproof coiled material are determined, and distribution and trend of the tail end point positions of the double-lap-joint macromolecule waterproof coiled material are determined. According to the construction method of the double-lap-joint polymer waterproof coiled material, the surface of the coiled material is covered with a protection layer subjected to special treatment, so that a waterproof layer has excellent puncture resistance and impact resistance and is tightly and fully adhered to structural concrete, and leakage water is effectively prevented from flowing between coiled materials and between the coiled materials and a structure; the unique occlusion type double-lap-joint technology is adopted to enable the lap-joint edges to form super-strong seam self-locking internal stress, the phenomena of opening, edge warping and water channeling are avoided, the leakage problem caused by the lap-joint edges is completely eradicated, construction is achieved, and two protections are achieved.
