The invention discloses a waterproof roll with two waterproof layers and a construction process thereof. The waterproof roll comprises a first waterproof layer and a second waterproof layer, the second waterproof layer is sequentially provided with a sand layer, a first hot melt adhesive layer, a connecting film layer and a second hot melt adhesive layer from top to bottom, and the second hot melt adhesive layer is bonded with the first waterproof layer. Wherein the first hot melt adhesive layer is a styrene-isoprene-styrene adhesive layer; the second hot melt adhesive layer is one or a composite layer of more than two of a styrene-isoprene-styrene adhesive layer, a butyl adhesive layer and an asphalt modified adhesive layer, so that both the first hot melt adhesive layer and the second hot melt adhesive layer can realize a self-adhesive function, and self-adhesive can resist permeation of small molecular substances or hybrid substances from the hot melt adhesive layers; therefore, the two hot melt adhesive layers in the second waterproof layer still keep relatively good cohesiveness after being used for a long time. The viscosity between the first waterproof layer and the second waterproof layer can be kept, the water channeling resistance is improved, and the waterproof requirements of indoor and outdoor buildings can be effectively met.
