The invention provides a fabricated wall and a construction method thereof. The fabricated wall comprises a linear wall unit, an L-shaped wall unit and a T-shaped wall unit. Each linear wall unit comprises a cavity formwork communicating in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, and the cavity formworks are filled with reinforced concrete structures. The cavity template comprises a plurality of cavity template layers which are overlapped from bottom to top, and each cavity template layer comprises a plurality of linear channel modules which are horizontally communicated; each L-shaped wall body unit comprises two linear wall body units which are assembled and connected, and cavity template layers of the two linear wall body units are horizontally communicated through an L-shaped channel module; the T-shaped wall body unit comprises three linear wall body units which are assembled and connected, and the cavity formwork layers of the three linear wall body units are horizontally communicated through the T-shaped channel modules. According to the fabricated wall and the construction method thereof, the construction difficulty and the construction cost of the fabricated wall are reduced.
