The invention relates to the technical field of assembly type building design, in particular to an assembly type wall and a construction method thereof, the assembly type building wall comprises wall units, each wall unit is formed by splicing a rear wall plate and a front wall plate, and the side faces of the rear wall plates located in different wall units are sequentially attached together to be spliced to form the building wall. According to the fabricated wall body and the construction method thereof, the clamping rods on the limiting pushing devices can be driven through forward rotation of the hollow shafts to fix the front wall plate and the rear wall plates together, and meanwhile the rear wall plates of the adjacent wall body units can be fixed together so that the needed building wall body can be formed through splicing; and the clamping rods can be pulled out of the inserting holes again through reverse rotation of the hollow shafts, so that separation of the front wall plate and disassembly of the adjacent wall units are achieved, the problems that an existing fabricated wall is tedious in installation and disassembly and inconvenient to refit are solved, and the construction convenience of the fabricated wall can be effectively improved.
本发明涉及装配式建筑设计技术领域,具体为装配式墙体及其施工方法,其中装配式建筑墙体包括墙体单元,墙体单元由后墙板和前墙板拼装组成,且位于不同墙体单元内的后墙板侧面之间依次紧贴在一起拼装组成建筑墙体。本发明提出的装配式墙体及其施工方法,可以通过中空轴的正转来驱动限位推动装置上的卡紧杆实现将前墙板和后墙板固定在一起,同时也可以将相邻墙体单元的后墙板固定在一起从而拼装形成所需的建筑墙体,而且还可以通过中空轴的反转来再次的将卡紧杆拔出插接孔实现对前墙板的分离以及相邻墙体单元之间的拆卸,因此解决了现有的装配式墙体安装和拆卸繁琐也不方便进行改装的问题,可以有效的提升装配式墙体的施工便捷性。
