The invention relates to a device for adjusting deformation of a shear-resistant steel plate wall in the installation process and a construction method. The device comprises the shear-resistant steel plate wall, tensioning force devices are at least arranged on the periphery of the shear-resistant steel plate wall, and a balance hanging piece is arranged in the middle of the shear-resistant steel plate wall; when the shear-resistant steel plate wall is hoisted and suspended, the tensioning force device is driven by the tightening chain block to adjust deformation of the shear-resistant steel plate wall. Compared with an existing method for correcting the shear-resistant steel plate wall through flames, the device is easy to manufacture and convenient to assemble and disassemble, the method for adjusting deformation of the shear-resistant steel plate wall is easy to operate and high in implementation efficiency, and the construction cost is saved.
