The construction method of the steel plate shear wall comprises the following steps that a steel plate base body of the steel plate shear wall is erected; concrete cover plates on the two sides of the cast-in-place steel plate base body are erected; the concrete cover plate is locked on the steel plate base body to form a steel plate shear wall; a steel plate base body of the steel plate shear wall and an upper steel beam of the steel structure body are fixed together to form a hoisting body; the hoisting body is hoisted to the steel structure main body; and the hoisting body and the lower steel beam of the steel structure main body are fixed together. As the concrete cover plate is poured and maintained in advance in a storage yard and has preset strength, the concrete cover plate does not need to be poured after a stable operation space exists indoors, and the construction period can be shortened; and during lifting, lifting equipment acts on the upper steel beam of the steel structure main body to lift the lifting body, so that the lifting lug does not need to be independently welded, the material cost of the lifting lug can be saved, the working procedure of welding the lifting lug can be saved, and the material and time cost can be saved.
本发明公开了一种钢板剪力墙的吊装体以及钢板剪力墙的施工方法,钢板剪力墙的施工方法包括如下步骤:立起来钢板剪力墙的钢板基体;支模现浇钢板基体两侧的混凝土盖板;将混凝土盖板锁紧在钢板基体上,形成钢板剪力墙;将钢板剪力墙的钢板基体与钢结构主体的上钢梁固定在一起,形成吊装体;将吊装体吊起至钢结构主体上;将吊装体与钢结构主体的下钢梁固定在一起。由于混凝土盖板在堆场先行浇筑养护具有预设强度,无需待室内有平稳的操作空间后才浇筑混凝土盖板,可缩短施工工期;且起吊时,起吊设备作用于钢结构主体的上钢梁上以将吊装体吊起,也就无需单独焊接吊耳,进而可省去吊耳本身的材料成本以及省去焊接吊耳的工序,节约材料以及时间成本。
