The invention provides a preparation method and application of mullite whiskers, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: step (1): mixing a high-purity active aluminum-containing compound, active silicon dioxide and aluminum fluoride in proportion by a wet method, grinding by adopting a sand mill mixer, and preparing the fully ground material into spherical particles by adopting a spray drying process to obtain a precursor A; (2) putting the precursor A into a bowl, fully drying, putting the dried material into a furnace, and carrying out high-temperature sintering to obtain a semi-finished product B; and (3) crushing, washing and grading the sintered material to obtain the mullite whisker. The active aluminum-containing compound, the active silicon oxide and the aluminum fluoride are adopted as raw materials, the precursor is prepared through liquid-phase grinding, then the mullite whisker material is prepared through the solid-phase sintering technology, and the method is low in cost, simple in technological process and suitable for large-scale preparation.
本发明提供一种莫来石晶须的制备方法与应用,包括以下步骤:步骤(1):将将高纯活性含铝化合物、活性二氧化硅以及氟化铝按比例湿法混合,采用砂磨混料机研磨,经充分研磨后的物料采用喷雾干燥工艺制备成球形颗粒,得到前驱体A;步骤(2):将前驱体A装钵充分干燥,将干燥后的物料装炉,经过高温烧结得到半成品B;步骤(3):烧结后物料经粉碎,洗涤,分级得到莫来石晶须。本发明采用活性含铝化合物、活性氧化硅和氟化铝为原材料,通过液相研磨制备前驱体,然后采用固相烧结工艺来制备莫来石晶须材料,该方法成本低,工艺流程简单,适合大规模制备。
