The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a mullite whisker using an illite and a mullite whisker realized using the same. The method comprises the steps of: preparing a mixture by mixing powdery illite and alumina; molding the mixture and heat-treating the mixture to form a sintered body; and acid treating and washing the sintered body.
본 발명은 분말 형태의 일라이트(illite)와 알루미나(alumina)를 혼합하여 혼합물을 준비하는 단계; 상기 혼합물을 성형하여 열처리하여 소성체를 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 소성체를 산처리 및 수세처리하는 단계;를 포함하는, 일라이트를 이용한 뮬라이트 휘스커의 제조방법 및 이를 이용하여 구현된 뮬라이트 휘스커를 제공한다.
