According to the method, the vertical shaft type flood spilling hole, the blow-off pipe and the diversion hole (pipe) are integrated, and the diversion hole body part is combined through the recession tunnel of the vertical shaft type flood spilling hole, so that the diversion requirement in the construction period is met, and the flood regulation and reservoir emptying requirements in the operation period are met at the same time.
本发明提供了一种泄洪、泄放及导流合一的水工建筑物结构,包括竖井式溢洪洞,并在所述竖井式溢洪洞一侧设置与其连通的导流洞,所述竖井式溢洪洞内设置两端分别与其内部的竖井段和消力池段连接的退水隧洞,所述导流洞的洞身部分包括与所述退水隧洞相交连接的连接段,以使所述导流洞可与所述竖井式溢洪洞共用经所述连接段相交后的所述退水隧洞洞段;所述退水隧洞底部设置放水管,以使得所述放水管与所述竖井式溢洪洞呈紧凑式布置。本发明通过将竖井式溢洪洞、放水管、导流洞三洞(管)三者合一,导流洞洞身部分利用竖井式溢洪洞的退水隧洞结合,以此既满足施工期导流需求,又同时满足运行期调洪及水库放空需求。
