The invention provides a preparation method of wall protection slurry for a cast-in-situ bored pile in a deep and thick silt soil layer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: calculating by a quantitative method to obtain a water consumption range required to be added when slurry with the relative density of 1.25-1.33 is formed by per cubic meter of undisturbed soil; the volume of undisturbed soil is calculated by combining the pore-forming volume of a pile grouting column on site, the total water consumption range is obtained by combining the calculated water consumption per unit volume, and the relative density of formed slurry is controlled to be 1.25-1.33 by controlling the total water consumption injected into a drill hole by a slurry pump in the drilling process; on-site tracking is carried out to determine whether the slurry viscosity is in a range of 22-32 Pa.s, and timely adjustment is carried out when the slurry viscosity exceeds the range; tracking and determining whether the sand content of the slurry is less than or equal to 6% on site, and timely adjusting when the sand content exceeds the range; the relative density of the wall protection slurry is 1.25-1.33, the viscosity of the slurry is 22-32 Pa.s, the colloid rate is larger than or equal to 95%, and the sand content is smaller than or equal to 6%. The prepared slurry has a good wall protection effect, and the conditions of hole collapse, neck locking and rib exposure are not easily caused.
本发明提供一种用于深厚淤泥土层钻孔灌注桩的护壁泥浆的制备方法,包括:通过定量法计算得到每立方米原状土形成相对密度在1.25‑1.33的泥浆时需要添加的用水量范围;现场结合灌桩柱的成孔体积,算出原状土的体积,结合计算得到的单位体积用水量得到总的用水量范围,通过控制钻孔进程中泥浆泵注入钻孔内的总用水量来控制形成的泥浆的相对密度在1.25‑1.33之间;现场跟踪测定泥浆粘度是否在22‑32Pa.s内并在泥浆粘度超出范围时及时调整;现场跟踪测定泥浆的含砂率是否≤6%并在含砂率超出范围时及时调整;所述护壁泥浆的相对密度为1.25‑1.33,泥浆粘度为22‑32Pa.s,胶体率≥95%,含砂率≤6%;制备得到的泥浆护壁效果较好,不容易造成塌孔、锁颈、露筋的情况。
